Great Relief for Stubborn Shoulder Knots – Highly Recommend!
I've had a knot in my shoulder that just wouldn't budge for weeks, and after trying a few different things, I decided to give the iKristin Back and Neck Massager a try. I’m so glad I did! The deep tissue kneading combined with the gentle heat feels amazing and really gets into those tight, sore spots. After multiple sessions, I've definitely noticed a difference—the knot in my shoulder has eased significantly, and overall muscle tension has reduced. It's not an instant fix, but with regular use, it works wonders. I also love that it’s so versatile—I use it at home on the sofa, and the car adapter makes it easy to take relief on the go. It’s compact but powerful, and the design makes it easy to target different areas like shoulders, neck, back, and even legs. If you're dealing with muscle tension or nagging knots, this massager is a fantastic tool to have on hand. Really pleased with the quality and the results!

Great massager for the price - ideal for homeworkers
I’ve been having some real issues with my neck and shoulders from working at a desk all day, so I decided to give this iKristin Back Neck Massager a go. At under £30, it’s a lot cheaper than a professional massage, so I thought it was worth a shot. The massage itself feels pretty good. The 4 deep kneading nodes do a decent job of getting into the knots in my shoulders and the 3 adjustable speeds are a nice feature. It says it mimics a real-hand massage and while it’s not quite that good, it does a pretty decent job. The heat function is a real bonus, as it helps to relax the muscles and makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's also good that it has a safety feature that makes it shut down after 15 minutes, so you don't overuse it. It's a really handy size, and the fact that it comes with a car adapter is brilliant. I can use it on my commute, or just on the sofa at home. The adjustable strap on the back makes it easy to attach to a chair or car seat, which is a nice touch. The faux leather material is soft and seems easy to clean. I've had a few similar products before, including handheld wands. This pillow-style massager is so much better because it leaves your hands free. The main drawback is that it’s quite small. If you're a bigger person, or if you need to reach a large area of your back, it might not be the most effective as it only focuses on a small area at a time. It also needs to be plugged in to work, so it's not a truly wireless or portable solution. All in all, for the price and convenience, it's a great little gadget. It’s not a replacement for a professional, but it certainly helps with daily aches and pains.

Deep massager
This is so good for muscle tightness and nerve traps, and fab massage for the whole back and legs and shoulders and head, I tend to ly with pillows all set up and this behind my back and it does wonders, warning it can be sore at first for back but after a deep massage it sure sorts the pain and back issue , I have fibromyalgia and it does help as well with my legs as I tend to have a lot of muscle tightness especially when dealing with pain issues everyday it makes my muscles tight. And it does heat up too on back and best product for the price too

Very uncomfortable.
I have stenosis L4/L5 and also need a full hip replacement. I thought that this would help ease some of my symptoms, certainly not all, just some. However, this is the most uncomfortable device, of its type that I have ever had the misfortune to try to wear. I will also say that the heating process takes some time to reach maximum, which is at a level below that which I expected.

Best £30 I’ve ever spent.
So far, I’m very happy with my purchase- firstly, this was a bargain, secondly it’s been fabulous. I like the slowest setting with heat, it feels like it goes deeper and is a really nice pressure. Works well everywhere I’ve tried on my body. I suffer with ME and the pains I get can be unbearable, and this has really helped to ease and help with that so far. Nice with or without heat. Genuinely feels like a proper professional massage. I will update if anything changes.

Delivers an effective massage, especially to the lower lumbar area.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this machine. The upsides are that it does deliver a good, firm shiatsu-style massage and it's very simple to use, it's obvious what the few buttons do. The combination of warmth and massage loosens up supporting muscles, which frequently end up in spasm because of problems with my spine. I can feel a positive effect for some time after use. It's also effective on my legs. It's a much better massage than those hand held sports massage gadgets and obviously it can be used on places that would be impossible to reach by yourself with a hand held. It comes with a mains cable and a 12V charging lead and I think that it could be very helpful to a passenger on long journeys. Overall I think it's pretty good value for money. The downsides are that it switches itself off quite quickly. I see that this is a safety feature but I think 5 - 10 minutes more would be better. It's quite difficult to position it to reach certain parts of my back, specifically my neck and shoulders, while sitting in a position that's comfortable enough to relax. I have a power socket right next to my chair, but I think the cable should perhaps be longer. I feel a bit unfair criticising it for being quite thick because I think a smaller machine could not do the job as well. However, if you're looking for something you can fit in your handbag, this isn't it.

Device lasted 2 months (one month warranty), based on my experience it is cheaply made splitting and falling apart after using it on my necks three times a week. Disappointing Amazon list such a poorly made device

Very disappointed with quality and use - not as expected as advertised. I returned and purchased a handheld massage gun. Sellers interaction was atrocious - stay away from this seller!
