Great study for teen girls!

This is a great resource for any youth pastor.

My daughter’s varsity volleyball team is reading this book in Bible study! It is a great read and they are really enjoying the book! I highly recommend

This book is filled with beautiful promises and great encouragement. A great recommendation for anybody needing encouragement.

Middle school age perfect

Great book. It was used at church as a teen study. I would only use this if your daughter is or you think she may have body issues. My daughter did not at the time. I never did growing up either. It was hard for me to relate to the book. And I learned my daughter did as well. However, after the study I saw that she was now more focused on her looks and what others thought of her. She told me she felt odd by not having those thoughts and now since leaning about them and how other girls thought of themselves she can’t something thinking about how she “should” look. So only get this if your daughter has those concerns. Let’s not put the thoughts in her mind if they are not there.

This study is excellent. Scripture is the basis for a positive undetstanding of our value as females. Some studies are infantile in asking you to fill in the blank of a missing word that is used in the sentence before. But this study asks the reader to provide a word that demonstrates understanding of the previous sentences. Scripture, examples and poetry work together to provide an accurate and powerful understanding of the value of women. Directed to a teenage audience, this is valuable for women of all ages.

I found out at the last minute that I was hosting a teen girls' retreat, so I ordered this book. The topics were perfect for our weekend, as they applied to new believers as well as kids who were more grounded in their faith. The prompts encouraged kids to do some serious digging into their own life, look to Scripture, and then to make applications. I will be ordering more copies. I was very impressed and everyone was highly engaged.
