How much percetage of algal dha does each capsule has. is it 10%, 25% or...? can you please let me know.

The bottle label does not list percentages, but gives mgs: Serving size is 2 caps, so the following numbers are for 2 caps --- Total Omega 3 (from Algal Oil) 450 mg which includes EPA 150 mg and DHA 300 mg. Most health organizations agree that 250–500 mg of combined EPA and DHA is enough for adults to maintain their overall health especially if you eat food rich in Omega-3 fatty acids - chia seeds, hemp hearts, flax seeds. walnuts, brussel sprouts, etc. For certain health conditions you need higher doses. The American Heart Association recommends that people with coronary heart disease take 1,000 mg of combined EPA and DHA daily, while those with high triglycerides take 2,000–4,000 mg daily .

Do you use or add Gelatin in any form (Porcine or Bovine) in the manufacture ?
