Best prenatal probiotic
I took this probiotic during my third trimester to prep for labor and build my baby’s Microbiome. I I had preterm rupture of membranes and was put in the hospital at 35 weeks. I took no antibiotics during my hospital stay and took these probiotics instead and had no infection. This is also the only probiotic that I found that works for me to keep yeast at bay.

Really helped regulate me, which is hard to do while pregnant! I take it every morning with water and it doesn’t have a chalky or weird after taste. I will be trying the postnatal probiotics next.
