How much protein do you get from 100g??

10.2 Grams protein 0.5 gm fat 1.1 gm carb

It's a little hard to consume all of that within 48hrs of Opening. Will it spoil once opened and in the fridge?

No it’s fine I normally open 1 bottle and use it through the week. As long as you keep it in the fridge it stays absolutely fine.

It says the eggs are good (unopened) for 6 months, but I've only got 2 months on mine (bought in July, use by august). Any idea why??

Hi! From manufacture the eggs have a 6 month best before date. So, made in January 2022, best before June 2022 etc. It seems that it is slightly confusingly worded though. Many thanks, Shane @ Gymstop

How long do you have to consume once opened?

This isn't advice...only my experience. Use your nose!! I have consumed them for up to 6 weeks after and been fine.
