Women's Long Ity Bellsleeve with Mermaid Brocade Skirt

This is a gorgeous dress, the type that hoity-toity people in designer pantsuits will ask you where you got it and then not know what to say when you tell them "Amazon." It does fit VERY tight through the hips and upper thighs, and also lengthwise for me from shoulders to hips. At first I wasn't sure I could wear it. I'm 5'10", ~125 lbs, 28G-28GG (UK cup) with an hourglass to slightly pear shape and was wearing size 6. While I did wear it, it was still very tight especially through the thighs for me. I had to sort of partially "lounge" rather than sit at a 90° angle, and that would put pressure on my thighs to the point my legs would feel a bit numb. (I have pretty low blood pressure though.) I wore this with flats since my feet were not very visible at all and that gave me more security.Note: You put this on by stepping into it.

We had found the dress & tried it on @ a bridal store. This dress runs small. We knew that, when we ordered it. It runs very tight around the hips, even when my daughter DID get the right size; the hip size didn't seem to change. We have to get it altered, in the hips, but we knew all of this before we ordered it. Whether or not we got it from the bridal store or here; we knew we were going to need alterations. We were lucky enough to find the same dress, on Amazon, so we saved 1/2 of what it would have cost @ the store.

It definitely runs a size small. It’s very fitted in the skirt area without stretch. But it’s a very glamorous dress!

I wanted this go work sooo bad it would have been perfect for our family portraits. It is absolutely beautiful, however unless you weight 100 pounds, you will not be able to wear it. It fits extremely small. I wear a size 8-10 and I ordered the largest size they offered a 12 and I couldn't get it pass my waist. So I had to return it. Bummer because it's quite stunning.

This dress is gorgeous! I had to have it hemmed and the shoulders taken up a little, because I’m a shorty... but I received so many compliments!!
