I replaced hard inserts from my foot doctor with these.
I like the 'bounce' in these better than the hard inserts. They do not shift around in my hiking boots and the lateral wedge shape is perfect for my knee/foot problems. They may be slightly thicker/higher that the ones from my foot doc, but they are significantly more comfortable for me.

empty envelop
I did not receive my foot cushions. The bubble envelop was empty and not sealed. It may be in the truck for all that I know. I need this product and I have "reordered" it. I feel the proper courtesy would be to give me credit. This was to be a gift to a friend who is disabled with hopes of helping him walk without pain...

Product is very thick & large and very difficult to get in a pair of shoes.
