It’s a buffing block
If they had been more firm I would’ve given 5 stars. It takes a little more time to buff my nails when the buffing block is so soft. Not to mention the fact that the block will definitely not last as long when it’s this soft.

Great for making metal-smithed jewelry
I use these in my jewelry making (metal-smithing). They are great for sanding uneven surfaces as the soft interior conforms around and into curves in the metal. The grit is quite fine so it leaves a nice soft sanded finish.
