McVities Digestive Dark 266g, Chocolate, 28.22 Oz (Pack of 3)

I moved from England 15 years ago, and often get cravings for my old favorite British treats, so I ordered those.The product was as delicious as I remember, but the packaging on Amazon's end was awful. I will not give the product a poor review for this reason, as it is not the product's fault Amazon shoved the biscuits in a large box with several heavy items. My chocolate digestives were mostly crushed, and getting a refund from Amazon for a grocery item is near impossible. I gave up after a few attempts and decided in future, I'll order my British chocolate biscuits elsewhere.

This was the most disgusting product I have ever bought on Amazon . It was foul tasting , all clumped together, and stale . I am so angry. This is a purposeful deceptive seller . And it says I am ineligible for a refund - even though it arrived only today . Never by from this seller . Total ripoff!

I will never want to be without this and the original (w/o chocolate) version of McVitie's digestive biscuits. The name is a bit deceptive, as they are much more fun than it sounds. But they are also it is true very easy to digest even when one's senses reject other foods. This chocolate version is great with either milk or tea, of just alone with a glass of water before bed.

I have eaten these British biscuits (cookies) for years.They are digestives and are delicious.One drawback for me was they were mailed into my mail box in 90 F weather. Unfortunately they melted together. With that said they were eaten and enjoyedThank you

This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering these. My local grocery stores do not carry the dark chocolate flavor, so ordering is my only option. Unfortunately, they tend to be much more expensive in general online! (But this seller offered a good price so...)These digestives have a rich, dark chocolate flavor, but are not a “heavy” cookie. They are fresh and crisp. They are a thin-style cookie, and somewhat delicate, so be careful how and where you store them...especially because they only come packaged in a somewhat flimsy roll and not a box like most cookies do. I keep the rolls in a plastic food storage container in my pantry for freshness and protection. They are delicious with milk, but I love them best with a cup of hot tea in the evening. Highly recommend! Note: I must say this is my first time ordering from this seller, and the cookies arrived damaged and crumbled. (Not sure if that is their fault, or the warehouse, or the mail carrier?) But the packaging was mostly to blame in my opinion. They were only shipped in a very thin plastic bubble mailer, like you would ship a magazine in. Previous orders from a different seller came in a box, AND wrapped in big bubble wrap inside... so no damage.Got on a refund on this order and will probably not reorder from this seller.

When I opened the tube of cookies, they were all stuck together. They were also crumbled around the sides. They were so stuck together, the cookie broke apart. But, it was delicious when I tried a piece. Threw them away.

Unfortunately this is apparently not a good time of the year to order these cookies. The cookies are all melted together, probably from being in a hot delivery truck. They taste OK but they crumble and break when I try to separate them. I don’t think it’s the fault of the manufacturing company. Just don’t order these biscuits in warm summer weather.
