No, it is not magnetic. It appears to be 304 stainless steel.

Q: will this work with non pilot arc torches and will it work with AG-60 torch?

I don't have one, but from what I have seen, it should work with just about anything

It says right on the Amazon listing for this item that it is, but it doesn't say it anywhere on the tool. It is a nice piece though... and I'm pretty picky about these things.
