These pans have held up well after multiple uses cooking everything from stir-fry to pan cakes, with no noticeable scratches so far. It's probably best to use a flexible silicon spatula to keep these pans scratch free.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE SKILLETS!!! I've tried numerous brands of skillets over the years, from cheap Walmart stuff to high end. These are by far the best, especially when you factor in the cost. I use these pans virtually every day, and after three months of use, I couldn't be happier. Most skillets I've used, even the much more expensive ones, tend to warp up in the middle. These haven't. And the quaility of the non-stick surface is excellent. With that said, I've learned to follow their directions and NOT use non-stick sprays, which tend to gum up along the sides of the skillet. I cook exclusively with olive or coconut oil, and no matter what I cook, the skillets easily clean up with warm water, a bit of liquid detergent, and a sponge (no scrubbing pad necessary). The strength and security of the handles is the best I've used, and it's easy to see why these are considered "commercial grade." You won't be disappointed!UPDATE on 1-23-18: So, just over a year has passed since I received these skillets, and my above review still holds up!! These are by far the best pans I've ever owned, regardless of the price. After a year of heavy use, they remain non-stick and scratch free. But, like I said in the above review, I've remained faithful in cleaning them only with a soft sponge, hot water, and detergent. No scrubbing pads and nocooking sprays! You'll love them!

After multiple All Clad non stick pans deteriorating, I went looking for something which was professional quality that I was not going to feel bad about when the coating began to go in a few years. These are well made and heavy and priced very well. It is aluminum so it needs to be run at a lower heat level than steel (which probably will preserve the coating as well for longer). Also do not put them in the dishwasher. They have a fairly low slope on the sides, so the top is 10 inches but the area in contact with heat is closer to 7”. If you need more area directly exposed to heat, get a 12” version.

Tramontina are my favorite non-stick, every day pans. The price isn't too high, especially if you purchase a multi-pack, the non-stick coating holds up very well, they heat evenly and can be used in the oven, with the removable plastic handle guards taken off. I have purchased many of these pans for myself and others and I am very satisfied with them.

These nonstick pans are excellent! They are durable and scratch resistant. Great size and great value for the money. Definitely would buy again.

Perfect pans. I have purchased them for family and friends. They too love them!I have purchased several other brands over the years and have finally settled on the PERFECT pans. These Tramontina frying pans in every size are excellent. The grip handle is great. They are easy to clean. NEVER scratch. I highly recommend these to anyone who likes to cook... or doesn't like to cook. These pans make everything easy!
