Let's be honest, it doesn't have the strongest hold in the world. I personally found that I got the best results when my hair was WET and I applied the Edge Booster Hair Pomade with a light hand across my hair line in short strokes. The fact that it requires that much technique and explanation means I can't rate it higher than 3 stars. But its a super convenient product! I'll probably use it just to refresh my pineapple for the next day or when Im being lazy, but this won't slay the baby hairs if that's what you're looking for.

It goes on white ...it leaves your hair looking ashy...Didn't smell like pineapple...

Yeh product is hard and actually pulls hair/edges. One could easily go bald.

Garbage

Great scent only thing I’ve noticed. You want to use this more with braiding or laying down fly aways. You have to wet your hair first not soaking but add water to it. I still see a few hair strands on the stick. I know hair sheds daily but if you don’t add water first it will break off more. That’s the only reason why I rated it a 4/5 maybe it’s just my hair but you have to brush it out super good or you will have some whitish residue on your hair. Not everyone will have that problem. The scent is amazing and it will slick your hair and fly aways down.

It does leave residue

The Pomade is a little heavy for my hair personally. I wanted to try it after watching a hairstylist on IG who uses this often. While it looked great on and for her clients, it's just not good for me

This product doesn’t really have a strong peach smell as I hoped it would. And, it doesn’t hold nearly as strong as I thought it would.
