Used 1 male to male connector works fine will see what the rest are like in the future

Inserts are fine, both Couplings/Connectors leak.
the 8 inserts work fine, and connect to existing couplings with no airleaks (as long as plenty of PTFE is used). The couplings however simply don't work, the don't fully engage the insets/connectors - you push them in, and the pop back out slightly, which means no airtight seal, and constant hissing.
