Beautifully made UK product This mat is just lovely, beautiful fabrics and such lovely quality, and for £35! I love it. I’ve used it twice and already I have noticed an improvement to tension in my back and rib cage. I purchased this to help relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. I’m very much into alternative therapies so I thought I’d give it a go and so far it’s looking good. Give it a try, you will be amazed by the product and its effect. I’ll add some more feedback once I’ve used this for a longer period of time, but just wanted to say if you’re unsure, give it a go! Oh and in response to other people mentioning this doesn’t have coconut fiber, it certainly does!

Excellent - well made and provides great reflexology. A long lasting, tingling sensation - once you are used to it!

I love it. It’s painful but that’s the point, and it eases as you breathe into it and your adrenaline starts to work. It’s very mindful especially if you play soothing Buddha music with it. Only issue for me is the false advertising of it being eco. It’s good quality yes. But the spikes as you would expect are plastic (nothing eco about this?!) and the wadding in the pillow is synthetic, nothing natural about. For many it will take nothing from the product at all, but I do wish companies wouldn’t use their eco credentials as their main selling point when they are incorrect and greenwashing. Its still a great product and I would say 100% buy it!

Amazing!! This helps me with my pain in my hips and back or anywhere else I am aching. Love that it is reasonably priced and made sustainably. I was super worried I wouldn't like it as spikes are soooo hard when you feel them but once I am comfortably on it I could lie there forever! Usually do between 20 and 30 minutes either before bed or while watching telly in the evening. I am stunned at how well this actually works and would highly recommend. You start feeling the heat after 10 min mark usually and a bit sore once off it but it soon goes away and you just feel so good afterwards. High regards to this product and well worth the money spent! Thank you for making this affordable and sustainable! Love love love!!

Okay, so I was pretty skeptical about this acupressure mat at first. Had tried a cheaper one with my mum before and it was just... underwhelming? Sure, it was spiky and uncomfortable, but didn't seem to do much else, even though they say you need to stick with it. I decided to spend a bit more on this one, mainly because of the aesthetics. Turns out that was actually a good call - this thing actually works! The spikes are this subtle khaki green (not black like I expected) and the whole thing has a more premium feel. Comes with a nice storage bag too, which is a practical bonus. The real surprise though? My back actually felt better after just one session. Not sure if it's the spike design or what, but there's definitely a difference. And honestly, paying extra for better design was worth it - when something looks good, you're more likely to actually use it. Pretty happy with this purchase, definitely exceeded expectations.

I love the mat! It’s so beautifully made. Feels sturdy and very high quality. The spikes are perfect and I love how they used the flower of life shape. I really recommend it particularly because it’s natural and has no artificial dyes and glues! I previously returned a mat from a different company because it had an awful plastic smell and I didn’t want to lay on it with my bare skin. Really happy with this purchase :)

Nice appearance and calico material as others have mentioned. However the spikes are really quite short. Therefore they don't protude far enough to impact any part of my body which isn't fully pressing onto the mat. Which means only small portions of my back can be treated. Mainly the shoulder blades and top of pelvis get impacted; not much else. Possibly most mats have short spikes like this, I don't know. Possibly a thin-person problem (no 'spread' of flesh). Possibly as backs are not flat, patchy contact is common.

First time using it brought me to tears. I have trouble feeling safe in my body and spine due to experiencing too much loss and first time using this it brought me a sense of holding and security that my back was really crying out for. I'm really looking forward to using this everyday and seeing how it benefits me over time. If your someone who struggles with anxiety and can't afford regular body work or receive enough touch in your close relationships I would highly recommend this product. It hurts at first but after 5 minutes it's bliss. The intention behind this product says it all really, balance... And that's exactly what it does, balance your energy, your emotions, your physical body, bringing your soul back down into the earth.
