ACTIVA 4295 Decor Sand, 28oz - Light Brown

Have a concrete pool with painting this season. Sprinkled on steps before paint dried. Used a shaker for even neat outcome. Looks good and did the job for traction with under water steps.

I used it to create sand art. It was a little darker than I wanted, I used it anyway. The piece turned out good.

Its fine grain black sand, just as advertised. There were no leaks in the packaging and the shipment was received in excellent condition. Its exactly what I expected.....fine black sand.Fifteen bucks for a small bag of sand is way overpriced but its exactly what I needed it for this project and I knowingly paid the price.

There was a hole in the bag and half of the sand leaked out before it arrived. I complained to the seller and was refunded for the purchase. I purchased the Moon Shadow and it is a dull turquoise color, which I was looking for. I am using it in the bowl of my incense burner, and it works fine for that.

the bag had a slit in the package. was able to salvage what leaked out the bag. Waiting for my triops . going to use it for their tank . Want to be able to see them against the sand.Other wise for the leakage , good deal.

I actually can't review this item. I don't remember where I put it after I got it. Haha! It seems a bit small of a package but I guess it's what they said it was. I'll just get my sand from the beach from now on. LOL! If you're not near a beach then get this. I love this color.

I had bought it for my son to trace letters and numbers in this sand... it does not work so I threw it away. I guess it would be OK in an aquarium.

It works well for my incense pot. Not sure if it's natural sand, but it's very clean and has no smell.
