Yes, I would recommend getting this with the Harrisville Design Lap Loom (Style b)...the "novelty" of separating the warp lines individually really gets old, fast. And destroys the really enjoyable aspect of weaving on your loom. And if your Lap Loom is a gift for a child....definitely. It speeds up the process and lets you get down to the real reason you bought a loom: to weave.

I got this for my daughter for the lap loom that Harrisville Designs sells. It does make it easier and it was very useful. The weaving went better for her after we picked this up. She weaved for about a month before we got this. This made it much easier to put the yarn through without having to put the wedge stick over and under each individual string.

This handsome tool, crafted from real wood, is a mystery to me. So few things are. I do not know why I purchased it in the first place. I am not exactly sure what it is, nonetheless it is a lovely item. I display it proudly and hope one day to connect with other owners of this awesome tool.

Did not work for me. Kept snagging on yarn on loom

My eight year old daughter picked up weaving recently as a hobby. This wand is immensley helpful when she uses her large lap loom. It helps make her crafts even more beautiful.

This item is useless complete waste of money. The teeth are rough, too far apart and too short to do an even job.

it works well with a small loom. you use it like a comb to comb your woven yarn threads. thanks.
