THESE make a big difference. Easily trimmed (in the toe area) to fit into your shoes, these make it possible to walk around again without any pain. Also, I've noticed that shoes with built in gel insoles wear out WAY too quickly, so being able to place these into those shoes means I get tons more use out of the shoes. Win - win!

I bought this for my husband. The work shoes he uses does not have much foot support. These inserts worked wonderfully for him. I will buy this brand from now on!

The insurts work very well with getting rid foot pain. They just move out of place once taking shoes off so they have to be repositioned before placing shoes back on.

Added this for my golf shoe and walked golf courses for 11 miles in 2 days. No plain for my feet. Going to order another one for my sneaker.

I got this pair for my husband. The verdict is in. Those are supportive inside his shoes. Spends time on his feet at work sometimes and ever since I gave him these I do not get requests for insoles anymore. I'll get a couple more in case the change over time.

I have orders these several times. Work for me well as far as the purpose intended.A big drawback the last ones I ordered sqeak! A lot and sound like a bodily function! So this makes them no longer appealing.... but I do like the watch and padding...very torn on if I will ever order again.

Love these! Unfortunately another retail store I bought these from stopped selling them so I went on here to be relieved that they sold them here! Used to have back pains at work due to my flat feet. I tried these guys out and instant relief! Love these insoles!!

At first I didn’t like the insoles as I was expecting magical relief. I ended up sliding them into my old house slippers and they help there. Have bought a number of items that were supposed to help. People with Plantar Fasciitis grab at straws. Best solutions is the exercise where you lean against a wall or the sink and put the affected heel back, leg straight with other leg bent and lean forward as you lift the affected heel up and down to stretch the tendons. You can also do that by sitting on the toilet with heels back under you and lean forward. Also helpful to roll the affected instep on a can of soup. The podiatrist suggests Advil 3xday to reduce inflammation (unless you are already on a prescription anti-inflammatory) and ice several times a day. The neoprene ankle brace Dr suggested didn’t help at all (I even cut the hard edge binding off to keep it from hurting but still not right). The night boot was a waste of money too, but may have had it too tight and could try again. The Dr taped the foot so that it provided an arch support which did help. Be sure to save the doctor’s sample after you remove it so a friend can try to tape the same way. I was ready to have the doctor make custom orthotics but she is out of the office for a month. Your insurance may cover cost but need to check first. Dr said not to go barefoot or wear flip-flops. She said the SAS shoes I wear have good support and also said Ortho Feet are good supportive shoes. Have not tried cortisone injections or PT. It can take months to recover so good luck to you.
