Worth the money once finished
This is my first attempt with the Billy merchandise. I found it to be not too hard nor too easy, and patience is key.The instructions are in Japanese with some pictures to help you, but I just went to YouTube and watched how it's made- I recommend HMS2's videos; pretty straightforward. A word of caution: the supplies don't come with extras, so take your time in making this kit. It's worth it.In addition, there are supplies that are not included in the kit, such as the sticks for the blue flag and blue sign, and the black and foiled square that is needed to make the takoyaki stove. Oh, and you need the aluminum foil too. Make sure to have plenty of toothpicks ready to make the window rails on the sides and the hangings for the lantern and octopus sign. The container for the eggs and tempura are really flimsy plastics, so be careful with cutting it. The Styrofoam balls took awhile to absorb the color stain so be patient and keep mixing. Last but not least you also need threads to make the signs.The measurements are in millimeters and centimeters by the way.Overall I enjoyed making this miniature. Once finished the details are impressive. I'm definitely planning on making more of these things in the future.

Challenging but worth it!!
I love this kit!!! It was a bit challenging at first, because it’s different from the other dollhouse kits. But once you get the hang of it (and a lot of help from google translate) this became one of my favorite!! Will be buying other kits similar to this!!

The instructions are in Japanese. But if you follow the pictures you can manage to produce a good product.

I love it.
It was so easy to make and put together. There are a few things that you have to add yourself but it's so cool when it's all together. There is a video in YouTube you can watch if you're having a hard time putting it together by the HMS2 channel.
