I have never used ground cloves before, only whole cloves. When I began my search for them I came across many different brands of cloves, so I decided on the McCormick. It's a no brainier, McCormick has never failed me, I been using their spices for many yrs. I knew if I got McCormick I was getting a quality product that I could trust to be exceptional for my baking needs. I made a delicious glaze for Easter ham and since I never tried ground cloves I wasn't going to risk with any other brands on the market!
