This isn't the most premium tool, but it is entirely adequate. It worked without any problems and was easy to use for removing the cassette on my bike so I could replace spokes. It gave me no reason to wish I had spent more money.

Good for removing bike gear cassettes

The chain on this whip is a little thick and tight when fitting to a 12 speed cassette. I was still able to get it to work though.

This worked great and it appears to be a sturdy high quality tool.

Product arrived on time undamaged

So this wrench does not have a ton of usages, pretty much solely used to remove the rear cassette from a bikes tire. It is used for a backup wrench, better than scratches and bending parts by accident. I am not a bike repairs technician, so this was only used on my MTB for a SRAM cassette. However it did not fit between the the layers on the cassette, the chain was too wide so it sat at an angle (not center on the teeth) For this simple of a tool you think since the description says SRAM & Shimano, you could assume that it would work on a SRAM cassette. I had to pry a little replacing my new $400 cassette, which I was not happy about. Since I work for a living it was kind of gut wrenching (pun intended) to force it but I needed to get back on the trails. You ain't keeping this big off the trails! Overall I would not buy this again or recommend it to others.

This will not fit sram eagle 12 speed cassetts.took one of my old sram 12 speed chains and reriveted in place of the chain that came on tool.miss information,it says it fits sram cassetts
