I have been using these for over 10 years. In the past I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on custom orthotics for a dropped metatarsal. The orthotics work, but they are very expensive and wear out. I found these and decided I could build my own custom orthotics and it worked just as well as $500 custom orthotics. For a few bucks I put one in my shoe and throw it away when the shoes wear out.

I never write reviews. I was recently diagnosed with the beginning of a plantar plate tear. My bottom of my toe was purple, and I could not step on the ball of my right foot. I tried these, and it was immediate relief!

They work well over they set in place in your shoe. Felt great running 4 miles with them.

Amazing! These have taken away all my pain. They adhere beautifully and are quite durable.

After wasting my time on store-bought pads recommended by my doctor I finally found a product with enough gel padding to actually make a difference. My body-worker explained how it needed to be adjusted on my foot. The adhesive is perfect for keeping it in place but sticky enough to allow me to readjust it several times before finding the perfect spot. I recommend these pads for anyone with toe pain or stinging. They need to be applied directly behind the bulging toe pad on the bottom of your foot and not on the pad itself.

Hard and uncomfortable. I was about to return it but it already used it and it doesn’t help.

These pads were too large for my womens size 8 1/2 feet.
