I purchased these because I wanted to give my walking pad an incline. Now many walking pads have an incline option, but I bought mine when they were growing in popularity and they didn't. The block was wide enough that my treadmill could safely rest its front "tabs" without fear of falling off. Since it's wood it's obviously firm, unlike books or yoga blocks. I also wanted a milder incline, which this purchase provided while still feeling a notable difference.

I recently purchased the 4 pack of Unfinished MDF Wood Blocks and I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. The blocks came in a pack of four, each measuring 6 x 10 inches with a thickness of 1 inch. The size of these blocks is perfect for various crafts and DIY projects.The first thing I noticed was the smooth surface of these blocks. They are sanded down perfectly, making them ready for any painting or staining projects. The quality of the MDF wood is top-notch, sturdy and durable. I have used two of these blocks as a shim in my guest bathroom to prop up my toilet storage cabinet to get about the quarter round trim. The other two I have used for various craft related projects.One of the best things about these blocks is that they come unfinished. This gives me the freedom to customize them to my liking. I have painted them in various colors, and even used wood-burning techniques to create unique designs. The possibilities are endless with these blocks.Moreover, the price for a pack of four is very reasonable, making this a great value for money. I have seen similar wood blocks sold at a higher price in craft stores, so this was definitely a steal. The fact that they come in a pack of four is also a bonus as I can work on multiple projects at once.The only downside to these blocks is that they are not water-resistant, so it is important to keep them protected if using in outdoor projects. However, this is not a deal-breaker for me as I am careful with my DIY projects.In conclusion, I highly recommend the 4 pack of Unfinished MDF Wood Blocks. I used these to re-mount a towel rack where the drywall holes were totaled. They were perfect for this application but while drilling into them, I noticed the material was more of a cardboard/wood composite mixture. They stained well.

Very well packed so it comes with 100% usable surface. I know it is going to be carved, but I have gotten this type wood that looked like they sent it in a bag instead of a box. Virtually no unblemished surface to use as a back for a wall hanging, or standing plaque. Lovely to work with!

Just what I needed. Easy to drill

When I purchased a soundbar for my new TV, I realized that the soundbar would sit in front of the TV and block the bottom of the screen. My solution was to raise the TV just a few inches by placing it on these blocks (photo attached). That solved the problem perfectly, easily, and inexpensively. The blocks are light-weight, unfinished natural wood, smooth to the touch, and exactly as pictured. Prefect for the job.

So I read the reviews, but you can't really see in the photos what you're getting. This is a hunk of MDF, which is so porous that you can't even paint the ugly off. On top is the thinnest piece of wood veneer that I've ever seen. I wanted to use this for something I was going to make and sell, but I wouldn't even keep it for myself. All four sides and the bottom are MDF showing. Only the top is the 'wood' - more like wood look.
