Unreliable, terrible customer service
The remote control didn't work when I first got it, despite having a brand new battery. Put a new battery in but it stopped working after a couple of uses. But worst of all the hose broke, rendering the entire thing useless. Contacted the seller to get a replacement hose but they messed me around and a month later still no hose! Have returned to Amazon for a full refund. It wasn't even a great performer, the bubble jets were not very powerful

Bathtime with Massage
This bubble bath is quite good, however, I would have enjoyed the bath experience more if I could have controlled the force of the bubbles.

Dose exactly what it's supposed to do, after a hard day at work it's great to chill and relax.

Very noisy.
Very noisy machine! No way you can relax with that racket, also an unpleasant odour when running. Returned as I don’t think it should be as noisy as it was, I think the fan inside had broken. Maybe I was just unlucky, but opted for a refund opposed to replacement as I didn’t want to take the chance of hoping a replacement would be much quieter.

Fabulous idea without a total bathroom refurb
Used it a few times and love it. Would say use oils rather than bubble bath otherwise you won't see yourself. Highly recommend
