Don't waste your time - Inflating Issues
Both Balloons would not straighten out when filled with helium. First one popped when I added in extra air to see if it would straighten out to be flat. Second one in pic took as much air as possible, but still looks like a smashed donut. Balloon would not float either. Other similar donut balloons purchased floated just fine with same tank of helium so it wasn't that. Just poor quality of balloon.
