Arrived on time, easy to set up, inflate and fill. controls are simple. my only slight quibble is the timer you can only set it to come on at some many hours in the future, I would like to be able to set mine to come on at sunrise and go off at sunset ,thus making use of solar panels, you could then override this if you want to use it later at night. other than that I am very pleased with it. It is Brilliant and very good value for money

I can’t really fault it. (It’s not as deep as some tubs but I think that’s a bonus as I’m quite short.) Easy to set up and maintain. Feels really sturdy. Fits 4 adults comfortably. 6 would be cosy.

Great value for money. Keeps everyone entertained over the summer holidays. Don’t be too tough with it and should last well. Take care getting in and out. Corner pieces need treating with care.Definitely benefits from the pump and the chlorine dispenser.

I wouldn’t say six people could in this more like three if you want to actually relax in it. Easy to set up etc heat is decent tho it takes awhile but most do. Only had it two weeks so can’t really go into loads of details about but for now I’m happy with it.

Faulty hot tub delivered and never resolved leaving me out of pocket by £450!! Despite doing everything asked by both seller and manufacturer I'm still a year on without any resolution! E1 error message came up a week after set up. Followed advice to reset and this cleared however then a couple of weeks later same thing. After a few months of this happening it then had permanent E1 meaning couldn't use at all. Contacted manufacturer as advised by seller who had us jumping through hoops filling hot tub new filters videos and pics to be sent before finally agreeing to fix it. Month or so later unit is returned and guess what... E1 error message! More emptying and filling new filters videos and pics on request of manufacturer... this time advising they will replace. Months later unit sent to us... E1 error message- they had sent us same faulty unit back! Another month or so of videos and arguing and they agree to replace but we have to cover the cost now as we are out of warranty!!! We are only out of warranty of course because of their delays... 8 months of battling with manufacturer and seller pushing us out of warranty so now both seller and manufacturer both refusing to deal with it!! Rudest seller I have ever come across. They just email one line each time basically saying out of warranty not dealing with it! They are so rude, they lie repeatedly and worm their way of out dealing with faulty £450 purchases they've sent you. Complete con artist. Do not ever buy from this seller - they send you faulty equipment refuse to deal with it push you to manufacturer and then say there is nothing you can do because warranty has just expired.... of course it has expired you've ignored us for 8 months!! Absolute joke! Couldn't advise you strong enough not to deal with either the seller or Mspa I would never purchase from either again and unless you like being ignored fobbed off and spending £450 on a glorified pond I wouldn't suggest you do! Both Mspa and allretail are disgusting!

Like with any hot tub getting the PH right is a pain 😀This hot tub came neatly packaged in a box. I set it up myself ..I put a few soft foam jigsaw type mats underneath so making it very soft when you sit down.Lovely tub to share with friends. Spacious and the bubbles are just right.Cover a bit tough to pull real taught and does pool in center after rain .A great purchase.

Disabled son Luvs itHe is in and out of it oftenHe is very happy with itCarers informed me a big hit.On receiving to my home address because i forgot to send straight to his address. Was received with packaging all good. And was a very sturdy box and hand the grab handles on end of box it is very heavy 2 members of staff moved it too take to my son.Staff told me all good with the item.So fingers crossed it lasts a while for him.Purchased this as i liked that it was dark colours which i thought would be better for him.

I had read very poor reviews about customer service. I needed a replacement electrical part approximately 10 months after purchase. The part was received 2 days after I made contact and completely resolved the issue. They couldn’t have been more efficient or helpful. Also advised that the warranty on electrical parts had been increased from 1 to 2 years.
