Relief from ankle and leg pain
I’ve only used this for a couple of nights, but it really seems to help. It’s very comfortable and easy to put on. I have flat feet, which stresses the ankle and calf muscles. I’ve used medications, heat pads, stretching, massage, but at night I sometimes had cramps in the calf and locking up of the ankle. This splint keeps my ankle in the correct position, my calf feels more relaxed, and in the morning my leg feels much better. I’m amazed at the relief from pain.Edit to update: I’m still using this every night, and I have had NO pain in my leg. What a relief! Easy to slip on, and stays on all night. The toe straps do not need to be loosened to put on or take off, just the calf strap.Update 6/23 yes the Velcro will sometimes unstick, or gets clogged, or stops sticking. I added another piece of Velcro, and pick out any fibers, hair, lint, whatever. I plan to add a strap to make the Velcro more secure. But I’ve used this every night for more than 2 years and I believe it helped a lot.

Good budget brace, works well with a few tweaks.
This product worked for my plantar fasciitis. It was a little difficult to figure out how to use at first but once I figured it out it worked great and healed my persistent PF in about a week only wearing it a few hours a day.I have found the best way to put this thing on is opposite what the instructions say. Fasten it snuggly but not overly tight around your toes so those are lined up correctly. Your toes should be sticking out and the strap wrapped around the ball of your foot. Then flex your foot toward your calf and fasten that. I had to bend the metal bar to a deeper angle than it came but that was easy to do and held up for a few days of stretching before bending back again and I would have to adjust. At the start, I didn't think the stretch was as deep as it should be but after wearing it the first time my foot started aching in that way that you know you are getting a good deep stretch. By the end of the week, my foot no longer ached while in the device but my pain when walking had completely disappeared as well. This device is a little less bulky than the boot style braces which is why I chose it and the padding makes it very comfortable. My toes inevitably feel asleep after a couple hours of wearing it but when that that happened I would just take it off and put it on again later in the day or the next day. This is a great budget option for people looking to try to help their foot pain before having to see an expensive specialist. It definitely worked for me!

Worked great for 3 months until the velcro stoped sticking
All over the product page, it says "contact us," but it never tells you HOW to do that! I have been using this for about 3 months and it worked great and really helped. I have a size 13 shoe and it isn't too small. But then, after three months, the velcro on the top strap stopped working and now it is useless.

Strap not needed
Edit 11/13/2019 - When I first wrote this review, it was after purchasing the splint, and the strap immediately broke. However, the company saw my review and said they had improved the design to be stronger, and sent me a replacement. They did sent me a replacement, and the strap didn't break immediately, but the thing is... I didn't need it any more. Thing is, my heel spurs are completely gone.I wore the broken, original splint with the strap hanging loose every night for about a month and a half. Very gradually my heel started to get better. The metal bar inside the splint seems to be enough. Unlike the outerdoo splint that I also bought, the bar never broke through the cloth to poke at my leg. Also it was much more comfortable than the big bulky padded splint I also had (can't think of the name, but it is grey and wears like a boot). So I'm not sure the strap is even necessary.Anyway if the strap does break for you, *do not* try using rivets as I did. The cloth just tears around them and now the dangling strap has rivets in it.Original review:The strap that pulls your toes towards your knee broke as I was trying to bend my foot to a 90 degree angle. The fabric that goes around the ball of your foot is very cushiony and has a lot of give so I was using the strap to compensate (its purpose, I assume). But the velcro piece at the end of the strap is just glued on or something and it snapped then I used it to pull. I'm going to try using a rivet or the like to attach it back tomorrow. I still give this 3 stars because even without the strap it is better than the Outerdoo splint I was using earlier, which has less padding and jabs the top of your foot with the metal bar inside.

Awful, Painful, and Flimsy
My mistake for buying the cheapest ones as I’m on a budget but they were awful and definitely cheap. It’s pretty much one piece of metal that you bend yourself and strap to your feet. The fabric was stretchy so no matter how tight I bent the metal, my foot was still able to fall back rendering it completely useless. It also caused more sores from the metal, and I woke up in more pain than usual from the material. Definitely would not recommend.

Poor quality
I don't know if this night splint/brace will help because after one night (partial night because I took it off about 1/2 way through the night) the top adjust strap on one of the braces/splint tore nearly all the way across.Poor quality in that aspect. If it didn't make it through, let's say one full night, how is it supposed to benefit me for months of treatment to try and get some benefit !?!?The only reason it's 2 stars vs 1 is because it's comfortable. No hard plastic putting pressure on different spots through the night like others I have read about. But the simple question is, what's comfort if it won't do its job?I will look for a different solution.
