Easy, accurate, and affordable!
What a deal! I try to be aware of basic food storage safety, and it dawned on me that I had no idea what the temperature was in my fridge and freezer. I've thought about getting some thermometers like this for a while, but I never got around to it. Recently, though, I've been making casseroles and such, so I could take leftovers to work for lunch. It's made a big difference in my budget. But while I know that cooked ground beef and chicken should be good for X number of days, I also know that temperature makes a big difference in fridge life. So I finally went ahead searched for some good, affordable thermometers.I briefly considered some digital ones, but I have in the past had digital thermometers for various things that just weren't that accurate. I figured analog thermometers were probably a better bet - both cheaper and more accurate. I picked these based on all the positive reviews and the really great price, and I couldn't be happier.I didn't notice when I bought them that they show the safe range for fridge and freezer temperatures, so that's an added bonus. I put one in the fridge, along with a digital thermometer I had on hand, and one in the freezer. When I came back a couple hours later, both the thermometers in the fridge showed the exact same temperature, so I know these analog thermometers are accurate. And as it turns out, I had the temperature a little TOO cold in both my fridge and freezer. I was able to turn the dial down one number, which should save me on electricity in the long run, and now both my fridge and freezer are in the "perfect temperature" zone. It's such a small tool, but it makes a big difference. Now I'm saving electricity, I know my food is stored at the right temperature, and I can check up on it going forward. Such an affordable, no-effort way to gain some peace of mind!

Safety net
Hi have moved several times in the past few years. And used as many different refrigerator freezers.Decided it was time to make sure the food was safe and at the correct temperature. Thank you

Good thermometer
Good thermometers to keep in the fridge and freezer. Been using it for a two weeks now and it is a good way to monitor the temp. Looks nice too.

OK for the price - usable, with caveats
I'm being a little generous here, but for the price, I am happy. We have a total of 3 refrigerators and 4 freezers (each refrigerator has a freezer compartment), so would need 7 thermometers to monitor them all. In fact, it would be good to have more than that, as different parts of a refrigerator can be at somewhat different temperatures, depending on air circulation, so having more than one thermometer in a refrigerator might be helpful, as sometimes there are air flow adjustments available (or simply moving items around to areas safer from freezing or to alter air circulation). This set of thermometers all "worked" (none stuck at one temperature), but varied between themselves by a least 5 degrees (I've lost my little chart from testing, so going from memory here - the variance is written on the back of each unit, but I'm not digging them all out to check!). We checked against two older mechanical thermometers and an IR thermometer. Those that were "close" to a consensus "accurate" temperature in the 32 to 40 degree range one attempts to maintain in a refrigerator were put to that use. The others were assigned to the stygian depths of a freezer, where being a few degrees off is not an issue, all temperatures generally being far below freezing. So, if you have some ability to check their accuracy, and are willing to assign to a freezer any that are off too much to trust in the refrigerator, this collection of 8 small thermometers is an OK deal to scatter around your refrigeration storage to keep an eye on things.

Working well
These were just what we wanted. They are well made, fairly small yet easy to read, and a great way to check that your refrigerator is working properly. We are happy with them.

cost effective
After recently relocating to a new apartment. I bought these to check the temperature of the provided refridgerator and also an Upright Freezer purchased from Family.

Thermostat does what is it
Nothing else much to say besides the products tell temperatures so can monitor the freezer and fridge and which part of fridge get colder. Working good

Works well
These seem to work well. I tried wall thermometers which contradicted each other, but these solved my problem for accuracy.
