You'd think it is a cheap rip off that probably won't work but I'm delightfully surprised!
After about a fortnight of tweaking my system to get Mojave to install, I was finally successful and the easy implementation of this chip made life so much easier. although it does take up a front usb header in order for the bluetooth capability to work (this meant that the only front Usb ports that work on my system is the one and only usb 3.0 port which has a different port on my mobo) it was a 100% worth it to see how seamlessly this chip worked without doing anything. I plugged it in, configured my wifi settings and checked to see if airdrop functions and voila it did instantly. great product so far and highly reccommend.

Works with Monterey 12.1 Hackintosh! Handoff, Airplay, Continuity (+ Watch unlock)
Very happy that this works with Monterey 12.1. Most stuff worked out of the box, but I did have to follow guides online to set up watch unlock - most important is following the "Fixing iServices" steps on Dortania guide, and potentially clearing Keychain access. Also make sure that serial port is disabled in your BIOS.

Nor hackintosh compatible
This card is not compatible with macOS, Monterey or Ventura ryzentosh in so far as Bluetooth. WiFi is fineBluetooth repeatedly drops out or system suffers random kernel panics. Bluetooth can often stop working after sleep. The only way to work around problem was to unplug at wall .I put the issues down to my USB controller being incompatible or not properly configured.I am now using Fenvi T919 which I’ve had no issues thus far .

It’s works just like it should!
The card did exactly what is said in the advertising. It was an out of box working experience. Installation was easy, plug card into pci slot, connect usb header, screw into place and connect antennas. Booted up OS X and was immediately recognised. Hand off, imsg and file drop all worked perfectly. Well worth the money and hassle free experience.

Worked first time in MacPro 5.1 with Catalina.
I used this to extend the life of an old MacPro 5.1. I was not very hopeful TBH, but it worked first time and is much easier than trying to replace the fitted WiFi card if you want to install a more recent operating system than Apple will officially support.
