A really great set for the money!
I was going to buy a single needle tool when I saw this set. I figured I'd take a chance for the price.Yes, they're "cheap" handles, but this is a great set. So far, they've held up just fine. I've used the various tips on these tools for some really great surface designs on my pottery, besides the functional aspect of them. This is a really great set for the money!

Great beginners set!
I started working on some ceramic projects and I didnt want to spend too much money on tools since your hands are probably the best tools to sculpt. Anyways, these tools were priced fairly cheap so I decided to try them and I was not disappointed. They aren't flimsy, and are pretty sturdy. They didnt bend or break when I used them, since clay is really heavy. It comes with a variety of different tools so you can get creative. I would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to spend too much money on good tools.

very nice tool set
ok first of all to whoever sais there are a bunch that are coppies. no they are not! They are different tools that have different uses, yes they look similar but serve different functions and in tight spaces or decorating a flat surface those small differences-ie size or angle- make a very big difference. this is a nice little set and i know im going to get a lot of use out of it with my ceramics. I hardly ever give a 5 star review but this set has alot and at a very good price and ships on time. Ill get a picture up soon of close ups of the heads of the tools.

Basic clay tools for a good price.
20 + year experienced ceramic potter here. Good little set for polymer clays and epoxies (and soft ceramic clays too). Not high quality but good enough. Probably not sturdy enough for carving hard clay. Several tips were duplicated, but there is still a good variety for a good price. I like the square shaped tips and brush in particular.

Amazing for the Price
I was beginning sculpting and I had hardly any of the much needed tools. So I ordered these and I will say they work really well. The only thing I didn't really like is that the handles are wooden so if you leave them to soak it'll ruin them but for the price I was not going to take away a star. This is a really good set and I enjoyed it. It's very helpful. I would really recommend this to anyone starting out or wanting to try the hobbie.

Perfect little tools
I just started using polymer clay, and enjoy it a lot. These little tools are just what a beginner like me needs. Because they are double-shape-headed, they give me a lot of options to cut, prick, shape the clay exactly how I want it. I haven't used them all but it's good to know they are available if I need them. As I learn more about clay sculpting and jewelry-making, I will have to determine if I need different tools, but for now, these are perfect for me and the price is right too.

Decent for pumpkin carving
I bought these along with a keyhole saw for pumpkin carving. They worked pretty well but they were a little flimsy. The metal bends if you apply too much pressure. I worried some of the tips might break off. Granted -- I was not using them for their intended purpose so in all fairness, that must be kept in mind. However, I expected a little higher quality. Nevertheless, these held up to carving pumpkins better than the cheapo plastic kits you get at the drugstore for just as much (or more) money.

What can I say
Typical hobby store assortment of tools.Great quality for the price range! Serious model makers have extremely expensive tools and prolly a few set of these laying around. I was pleased with the texture of the wooden handles, very smooth and the tool ends are really solid. The ironic thing is these will not be your bread and butter sculpting tools, random things you come across in life seem to be your frequently used tools.I would recommend everyone getting a set of these and as many shapes and sizes of spring steel you can find.
