Butler console is a beauty
Company was very helpful in arranging delivery. The last mile deliverer was friendly and helpful. And it was easy to assemble the components. It does not overwhelm a room. It fits very with our decor and it works for our displays.

ODOR - Had to trash
Purchased Butler console OCT 2015 from HG District, easy and fun to assemble, decent piece for the price. BUT, it had a strong, embedded mildew odor throughout. I thought it just needed to "air out" a few days. Months passed and we realized the odor hadn't gone away, at all. We continued mild white vinegar washes, then baking soda and vinegar bowls in drawers, then charcoal and more. Over time, my daughter and I began to develop headaches, sore throats, etc. Over a year passed before we realized our symptoms were related to the periods of time spent near this piece. When that lightbulb went off, I removed it from the house. We aired out the room it was in, deodorized, vinegar-washed. Headaches stopped and all other symptoms subsided within a week, including a mild, consistent cough. Crazy stuff. I recommend a continued examination of this piece in the weeks after purchase, or maybe choose a different supplier. Just don't know the root of this problem. Could even be in the manufacturing according to what I'v read. Clearly others have not experienced this. Happy to see that.

Oh my God came in a day early. The delivery guy just left it at my doorstep. Go figure.Put it together by myself. And I love it. Finished up decorating it and stood back and just admire it. It may be a little delicate but it does the work and looks great.
