Not so sharp Blue
I bought this as the only Stilton available on Amzn Fresh , not as sharp as Stilton from store but nice enjoyable , goes fast as not big flavour hit . Will go back to normal sharp punchy Stilton .

A creamy blue cheese
Blue Shropshire is a wonderfully soft, almost creamy, hard blue cheese. Excellent flavour and quite unique. A MUST if you love blue cheese

Tasty and zingy.
All of the Booths cheeses are fab quality. This is like a good Stilton with a cheddary edge. Fab melted on good quality Steak Burgers.

Amazing Blue Cheese
Well was really surprised, these Shropshire blue is very tasty very good quality for the money. If you want a nice blue cheese this is very tasty especially with a nice bottle of red wine.
