grt product, a bit expensive, but the brand is grt for dyed hair

Great stuff!! It works. I’ve had well water hair for 3 years, and after 2 washes my hair looks and feels so much better!The shampoo lid was lose and had a little leak and a few dents but probably the post office.

Every time I order these, the shampoo bottle has leaked out half it's contents. you need to find a better way to send these items. Tape or wrap the lids on so they don't come unscrewed in shipping. I am sick of having to order replacents!

We have very hard water and this product does a wonderful job. Been using it for 3 years. Only complaint is today’s delivery of this shampoo/conditioner was leaky. Lid was not tight on conditioner so made a mess in the bag it came in.

I love this product and it does wonders for my hair, For that I give it a 5! I bought these large bottles and was highly disappointed when I opened the bag. The pump wasn’t secured to the bottle all the way and product was all over inside the bag and bottles. For the amount spent on these, a little extra care in packaging isn’t much to ask for. I had no issues when I bought these in a smaller size and might go back to doing so. No point in buying this if 1/4th of my product is going to be lost during delivery for that I give it a 1!

Amazing for vegas water!

A couple of years back, areas of my white hair turned orange. A hairdresser asked me if I’d tried to dye it but I had t. She then asked me if I have hard water - yes, I do! The iron in the water was changing the color of my hair! In addition to installing a shower filter in my rental home, I started using this shampoo and have had no problems since then. It cleans very well. I do think it’s a little drying, though. I’ve been a return customer for this shampoo for years now.

I ordered the first set, the shampoo lid was not on at all and leaked all in the packaging. I ordered another another set for a replacement and the conditioner bottle lid was complete off and it leaked all in the packaging also. So pretty much got a half bottle or less of each product one packages were opened. It’s a great product but not worth the money if loosing most of the product in the packaging.
