Works as it should! Revived a dead Ace 2!
We found an Ace 2 we thought our son had lost, and gave it to our other son - but had no idea where the cable had went. This replacement worked great.

VERY difficult to connect, charging intermittent, sometimes DECREASES in % charged Terrible
I was super excited to get two chargers on same day delivery. But it turned out to be false hope. Pachage arrived on time and without damage. 2 seperate packages were undamaged inside. But trying to connect the charger to my fitbitHR was a bit of a night mare. THought they sent the wrong one- then finally got it to connect very tenuously and intermittently. Spent 5 hours so far trying to get it to work, had it charged to 52%, then 30 seconds later, it was 44%, then 42%. Still 42% now. Really not worth it. I literally have had to hold it with two hands to make sure it is connected. With both of the chargers. Don't recommend!

The love that I lost out on.
I have an old Fitbit inspire hr any son wanted to use it. I told him that I'd get him a charger. This one was inexpensive and got delivered relatively fast. Unfortunately, the magnet part that should connect 4o the Fitbit was missing on delivery. I returned it and got a full refund. So the service was great all around. Unfortunately my son never got to use the Fitbit. Does he sit and silently look out the window lamenting his opportunity to track his fitness? Lol no, he's 11. He's running around without counting steps. But it would have been nice to know the amount.
