Made a huge difference. Mixes well .no particular taste easy to drink .I suffer night sweats and cramps . Has helped enormously with leg cramps .not so fatigued .have ordered more .the bonus is I can boil it to make a cup of tea .

I use this unflavoured because the salty taste is fine for me especially when you mix it with chocolate protein powder but I only bought this version for the plastic tub, I hear they've dropped the useful tub and went with a bag it looks like and I don't care at all about the environment enough to switch because I do what's convenient for me as most of us do so it'll be the last one I buy sadly from this brand.

I do a lot of fasting, sometimes up to 10 days at a time. I have been using electrolytes in water for years, but I've always felt quite bad no matter how much or little I consumed. So I did some extensive searching to figure out the best ratios, which eventually lead me to purchase this product as it has a more even sodium to potassium distribution.Since then my mood and overall energy has improved significantly. Most other electrolyte powders have too much sodium compared to the potassium, and I've found this can cause me to become dehydrated rather than rehydrated. This powder not only makes me feel perfectly normal while fasting, it actually eradicates my hunger entirely.Furthermore, this tastes so much better than the other powders I've tried.All the other powders I have tried have a grittiness to them that floats around. I've noticed that with this powder the grains tend to eventually dissolve and stick to the side of my water bottle. I'm assuming that this is just some kind of anticaking agent. It's pretty easy to clean off anyway, and the product stills seems to do the job.The only thing missing from this blend is some form of phosphorus, which helps prevent refeeding syndrome when breaking an extended fast. Vitamin B6 covers this, though.

The quantity of electrolytes per serving seems very low, would need like 15 of these to hit the necessary quantity

Great, and tastes pretty good too. Better still with squeeze of lemon. I drink a couple of pints of this over the morning, and it keeps me going well on my afternoon run. OK, not THAT well, I'm 59 FFS. But well enough. Round it off after run with 3 pints of Guinness for recovery and you're sorted. I highly recommend!

I have dysautonomia and wanted a calorie free electrolyte powder. This definitely does the job and helps keep my dizziness etc. under control.There is a salty taste but I actually quite like that.The powder dissolves well in water and is odourless.Definitely recommend.
