Pitted Dates - All Natural, Fat Free Deglet Noor Pitted Tunisian Dates, from Kartago - 7.05 Ounce

I like that these are taste very good, are a bit larger than dates from local stores, organic (I bought the organic ones), and grown in a region where they have been grown for a very long time. Some are less moist and therefore chewy, but all are still good enough. Some are very ripe, sweet, soft, sticky, and extra moist - especially if not cold. I mostly picked each one out of the clear tub with a fork. They were a good value, because they gave me something good to easily eat between meals. They are too expensive for me to order more often, but I got what I paid for. They never gave me stomach trouble, I am pretty sure that they are healthy, I ordered them twice, and I only refrigerated them sometimes.

Received a half open container, rotten dates, infested with bugs.

These are really good dates but the top had come off of the container during shipping and they were loose in the container. Luckily they were in a clean plastic shipping envelope so I ate them anyway. The plastic band that holds the lid on is not adequate for the rigors of shipping.

These are excellent deglet Noor dates. They are great in your morning oats, perhaps cut into smaller pieces if you so desire. Much better than adding sugar which has no fiber and spikes blood sugar.

I like the dates and they are generous.
