Was using another brand but since no longer able to get that one trying this one..... would suggest to take with food & drink..... Just drink alone and find am burping it up 40min later with after taste of the herbs ( not too too bad have had waaaay worse with fish oil) was taking it to help with migraines among other issues.... still having migraines but went without for couple months researching different brands etc..... Take it with night meds.... gonna probably need a couple months of taking to see for sure so overall no bad cause it’s helping me with other issues so satisfied.

I have a really bad case after taking antibiotics. I am feeling much better since taking this supplement getting better a little more each day. Don’t take antibiotics unless you absolutely have to. If you must do so, immediately begin prebiotic and probiotic regimen afterwards. I wouldn’t wish what has happened to me on my worst enemy. I don’t consider anyone an enemy, but if I did I would not want this to happen to them or anyone.

It have had Candida issues for years but didn't realize it. I'm very thankful for the product in clearing the mysteries of IBS and allergies symptoms. I still don't know how I get them, but I certainly know what to put these Candida Overgrowth issues under control. I eliminated completely dairy products , white flours, and yeast from my daily diet.

Stomach was bloated and messed up. This fixed it. I was not sure if candida was the problem and this was a shot in the dark. This solved the problem after a couple of weeks of being on it. I took it twice a day. I finished the whole bottle for good measure.

This supplement was everything I didn’t know I needed! If I had known that this one product would get rid of bloating...indefinitely, I would’ve definitely gotten it sooner! So what I really like about this is that when I take it on the regular, I lose the cravings for sugar! What? Yea, I said it! Candida feeds on sugar, so you just want to eat it all the time! It really is a great tool for annoying, repeated yeast infections, too.

I like the ingredients, I use it for restoring my flora and fauna in the gut. Helps with health and digestion.

I usually use the Zand Candida Cleanse, as that one works ASAP! It also lists more ingredients than most other brands as well. I tried one other (the garlic one) with less ingredients and that one had no effect. I figured I would try another brand since Zand is currently at a very high price right now.I thought I would give this brand a try, but after 3 doses of 2 pills - NOTHING! If I had not used Zand for years and know how the effects were, I would not be able to know what was or was not being done. Since I know what I should expect from these, this failed to produce any results.I would not recommend this one.

If you are suffering from SIBO this is not for you, as it contains Probiotics and you don't need extra bacteria in your small intestine.
