Worked with my recipe well. Also so easy to use. I used 1/8 tsp for 2 liters of milk and it came out perfect. Next time I’ll be trying 1/8 tsp for a gallon. Recommended 👍🏻Edit: worked well 1/8 tsp for a gallon of milk.

It might work for others
I am a new in cheese making. I tried couple times to make the cheese. It was no success. I have followed very carefully instructions from the seller website. I have used the thermometer for the exact temperature. However the milk not settled firmly not after 10 minutes, not after couple hours. I have increase the dosage of rennet from couple drops to 1/4 tsp. No success.I have used a farm milk and milk from the grocery store.I can’t rate this product only because it is not working for me. Maybe it will work for others? Next time I will buy from the different supplier.

This works very well. I used it to make mozzarella cheese.

Worked way better to make cheese. Tablets just would not get the desired effect.

"Double Strength"?
I can definitively say that if I had used half as much as the recipe called for, it wouldn't have worked (which is what I would expect from a "Double Strength" product. but, that said, it worked ok by following the (single strength) recipe.
