I bought a few of these as little gifts for people, they are nicely packaged and weight & size are ideal for posting.

Had hoped this would be a gift but the box was all battered and ripped inside with sellotape taped to the top of the box. Not impressed.

I'll start by saying the product itself is lovely. So lovely having recently gifted two sets I ordered a third as a present.What wasn't clear is that the item was sold by Amazon Warehouse, and that it was not in "new" condition. If this was mentioned in the listing it was far from clear, or I wouldn't have purchased it. The price was I think 50p lower than the previous sets, but as Amazon prices can fluctuate it wasn't enough to alert me to expect damaged goodsI have resolved the issue with Amazon but really think if an item is less than perfect it should be VERY clear in the listing.I'd give the product 5 stars, but what turned up and the fact is wasn't clearly described means 2 stars - would have been 1 but decent customer service from Amazon to resolve the situation led me to increase it to 2Lesson learned and will be wary in future!
