I think these pods are fake. The coffee trickles out and takes ages to dispense an espresso shot from my modo mio machine. It also leaves coffee grounds in my cup, disappointed as I've got 5 boxes of them that I'm unable to return. Will stick to supermarket bought pods in future to ensure I'm getting the real deal.

There just can't be a better machine than the Lavazza Fantasia Coffee machine, for my taste.... I have been through all the different pods from Lavazza, and the 'Passionale' pod is the best for the way to make my drink in a 350mL mug, and filled !! I think this pod is about the strongest when made into a very large drink ('Lungo') - it certainly is equivalent to a Starbucks or Costa drink that costs over 2 pounds or more....... at about 25 pence per pod and a bit extra for your milk - and in my case, sugar, it will still come in at about 35 pence or less. Buy it, try it, and if not absolutely convinced, I would be very surprised !!Yes, I have tried several cheaper 'compatible' pods for the Modo Mio, but don't bother!!! - they are not worth using and produce at best, undrinkable brown liquid, even if they work at all.Happy coffee mornings are at Chez Johns !!!

We order this every month or so and they have been spot on every time. I’m not sure whether this is a new thing but we got the ‘eco caps’ this time which is not what we ordered but definitely not against the idea. The only issue is these caps seem to be a bit larger than the normal ones, which means they often get stuck in the machine and are rather hard to get out. The coffee taste is lovely though. Just not great having to wrestle with the machine when trying to put in a fresh cap! Maybe something to check before ordering?

The capsules are very good, as always. However, the new eco capsules have no identifying text or label on them. I always buy a few different kinds and put them all into a handy container, but I can't tell what they are any more, so have to leave them in their original boxes. This is annoying.

I recently bought a Lavazza Jolie coffee machine which included a 9 pack sampler of different coffee capsules. I decided the Passionale was the coffee for me, drunk Cortado style (hot milk added but much less than a latte). The coffee is flavourful enough to still be strong even with the hot milk - just how I like it: longer than a single shot of espresso but not too long!

The Lavazza coffee machine has to be the best pod machine out there with the best-tasting coffee. We've narrowed our preferences down to three flavours (the stronger ones!) and we regularly buy this flavour, along with Delizioso and Intenso. Very competitive price and prompt delivery.I only wish that this could be on a subscription service, then I wouldn't keep forgetting to order it!

Great service but when opened we found the pods were ECO which we had not used before. We have tried a couple in our Moda Mia machine which worked well although the pods seem slightly larger however the Coffee does not seem as strong we are now using 2 pods per mug so not great value. The idea of ECO pods is is a good idea but the taste of coffee is not the same. The discription of the product should be clear when ordering then you can make the choice.

Coffee capsules for the Lavazza A modo mio coffee machine: out of all of their coffees this is our preference. Our preference is a mug with about 1/3 warm milk (microwaved for a minute) and then the mug filled up with this coffee. We do have an electric milk frother but we no longer bother with that now.
