YorweGaffer Tape Pro, Non Reflective Residue Free and Easy to Tear Matte Tape (2" Width x 390" Long, Black)

I tried to use this tape to cover extension cords in my office. I applied several layers of tape to stick an extension cord to a rubber "seam" between the floor and the carpet, and applied another piece of tape to stick an extension cord to the carpet in another area of the office. (The office is indoors, in a dry, temperature-controlled environment - the tape was not faced with any real challenges.) I came back 1 day later and the tape was unstuck, with the cords flying free. If you're looking for something that sticks, I would not recommend this tape.

Low adhesion and low overall quality. Saving money isn't worth it if the tape fails completely. Spend a few more bucks and get something with an actual brand name.

Not sure this can be called gaffer tape. It does leave thick, sticky residue. It does ruin surfaces and paint (it stuck to the wall accidentally for half a second and when I pulled it away, paint came off with it). It's not possible to tear at all, and is even hard to cut with scissors. I'd say it's a thicker duct tape.

Block the view. Very little to no adhesive left behind. Just what you need if you know cybersecurity

I’m a pro photographer and this tape works perfect.

Tape starts curling up after a few minutes making it rather worthless. While I didn't expect much for the price I did expect it to adhere better. Will go back to spending the extra money for the good stuff. That's what I get for trying to save a buck.
