Clips not barrettes
The big bows are clips not barrettes, which I guess I was expecting for the size. And the 3 clips with looped ribbon are a little disappointing. They're kind of flat & I haven't been able to shape them to make them much better. I bought this set because of the white & navy flower-type bows and I love those
