I learned about this tea many years ago because a friend of mine was always extremely over weight, she lost alot of weight using this tea along with a strict diet. With this tea and her diet she lost over 70 lbs, she looked great and was alot healthier. This tea doesn't taste good. I don't want to add a sweetener to it so I brew it with another tea and its fine then. I highly reccomend using this tea. You cannot give this to kids. No one under the age of 18 can take this, it can cause stomach cramps, my husband who also suffers comstipation from IBS won't take it because it gives him stomach cramps. So use with precaution.

It is good. I am yet to enjoy all the benefits. It doesn’t purge me as much as smooth move does. With California tea, I have to use two bags and doesn’t kick in early in the morning. Gives good energy and taste is not bad. Doesn’t have any funky taste or small. A bit pricey for it though.
