Can it be moved up or down for differnt bed heights?

Yes it can my son is 8 months and we were able to move his mattress all the way to the bottom looks amazing and he stands now so he won't try to crawl out anymore

Can this be used with a king size bed

Yes, I have a king size bed. I had a c-section and had to slide myself out of bed around this sleeper which was kinda painful. Wished the wheels were on all four posts and could slide in all directions. I didn't personally get a lot of use because my baby was sleeping in her crib early. Eventually moved to my closet to have somewhere to put her while I was getting ready for the day. Next baby I would consider a more traditional bassinet.

I’d say yes but I would make sure they are low to ground as the second attachment may be too high especially if the baby can rollover.
