Absolute Good Accessory for Pressure Washer
Absolute good accessory for pressure washer. That is one of my best pressure washer parts. I restore old jeeps, tractors, dunebuggies and farm equipment. I did not know this sandblaster kit before. Since my friend told me, I searched and bought it. The power is 10x the strong turbo nozzle for cleaning surface area. And there is no dust. I stripped an entire jeep frame in 5 minutes. Super fast. Compared with air sandblaster, the wet sandblaster will have no sand in your hair, no huge protection suit and no air breather mask. It is simple to make it work.My pressure washer is 1.8 GPM, 2100 PSI. Cheap pressure washer for home use. If you want to do small project to remove dust, I would like to recommend this one.

Works with air as a siphon for paint
I have not found dry packaged sand to try it for its intended purpose. However I did use it to syphon cement paint, I hooked it to an air fitting through use of a Ultimate Washer UW16-PWCD05 1/4-Inch Stainless Steel Quick Connect Pressure Washer Adapter joined to my air hose fittings with a ball valve in between. The paint was a mix of 50% white (not grey) cement and water by volume, mixed up a gallon of each by volume at the time and used within 30 minutes. Dipping the siphon right in the paint did not work quite as good as just using the siphon tip. In future I think I will put a larger roughly 3/4 or 1" hose back from siphon tip so it pulls air in with the paint which seems to provide higher volume. It helps to keep the cement container even or slightly above the surface being painted. I was painting some 20 year old red tiles white to match the rest of a new roof addition. The White registers 14 degrees C or 25 degrees F cooler than the red in the sun. This reduces air conditioning requirements considerably. The white cement paint costs about 1/10th to 1/20th that of Acrylic Latex.

Works - removes rust and paint from metal - good surface prep - is lasting longer than expected.
Used this with a 2k psi electric pressure washer - it has worked fairly well for paint and moderate rust removal, and overall surface prep. I used the finest grade black coal slag from Tractor Supply, and that worked really well. Does not clog, the tip is not eroding rapidly - even though that is what I expected. You can see from the picture when I started cleaning a rusty transmission cross member, the rust and paint on the left has been completely removed, leaving a textured, easy to paint surface. With about 10lbs (or slightly less) of the blasting media, I completely cleaned both sides of this part down to bare metal. I think those experiencing severe erosion of the tip may have been using too much pressure. The 2k range seems to be optimal.

OK, for small job!
It worked, but tip wore out in a very short time, it almost doubled in size blasting a small chair. Since tips are not replaceable it quickly becomes unusable. The pickup tube also clogged frequently, using a very fine grade of blast media that is about the size of sugar granules. All in all I was not too satisfied with it, it's now in the garbage, no further use for it.

Wet Sandblasting Works!
I have a dozen cast aluminum patio chairs that are old and have peeling paint. I was concerned that my 2300 PSI pressure washer would not be powerful enough, but it worked fine. It takes practice to keep the sand from getting wet. From the descripiton, the connection of nozzle and hose should be above permanent nozzle. If it is underneath permanent nozzle, the water will go into the hose of sand, wet the sand and then sand will not be sucked up.To keep the sand dry. Also you cannot get too close. For my chairs, pool filter sand did not work well, but play sand did. The wet sandblasting work great and does the job.

Feel like description deceptive.
Why was it not clearly stated in the product description that replacement nozzles were not available for this unit? Seem a bit deceptive to me. Now just a waste of time and money as this unit appears to be a disposable one.

Only worked for about 10 minutes. After that I noticed the nozzle had a large crack.
Very poor quality. I was using proper fine dried sand from a sand blasting specialist. Nozzle failed after 10 minutes
