These batteries do not leak
I switched from conventional batteries because conventional batteries tend to leak. It's a bad time to find leaky batteries when the lights go out and you grab your flashlight. I've started using them in my more expensive electronic devices, too. Rayovac rechargeable batteries hold a charge longer than regular batteries even last. I will not be going back to regular batteries.

Size is wrong
It doesn't fit well in certain devices that over batteries (like Duracell) perfectly fit. Maybe it is a bit too fat or long.
