Amazing cookware! For the last 12 years I used a stainless steel set I purchased when starting over after a divorce. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. This stuff is amazing! I am an avid cook.The very first thing I noticed is when boiling water, all of my previous sets seemed to bubble from ten or so prescribed points in the pot. When boiling in The Rock the bubbles come from everywhere, and water seems to boil faster.I have used the large skillet for browning chicken for Chicken Alfredo. Just a tiny spray of olive-oil spray and the chicken browned beautifully. Even after adding the sauce and cooking it, cleanup was a breeze.Last night I put them to the ultimate test; Omelets! I bought the 8” skillet separately for cooking omelets. Although claims are made that you can cook with no oil, I took many users advice and used a tiny film of spray oil. No sticking at all. Best part for me was they cooked all the way through without browning! I can’t stand browned omelets! Even the cheese that slopped out while folding the omelet did not stick to the pan, and cleanup was a breeze.I am 100% satisfied and look forward to years of service from this cookware set.

These are some very good pots and pans! I have been using them daily for months now, and they are as non-stick now as the day they arrived in the mail. So easy to clean. No Teflon to burn and peel off into your food. The lids have a small steam vent, which is very nice as it helps prevent the lid from bubbling up and dripping liquid down onto your burners. The construction is solid and well designed. This set of cookware is worth the price.

Love this set so far. Cooks evenly, cleans up easily. I ordered the personal size fry/saute pan also, but it's so small you can only fry one egg at a time in it. I wish they had another size frying pan.Bought this set to replace Rachel Ray anodized pans because the coatings were coming loose. This set of pots & pans was way more inexpensive & I think will last longer. Only time will tell.....

I love the Starfrit Rock series and have used their pans for several years. I decided to get a matching set of pots when I moved and was very excited. I didn't really think I needed "great non-stick pots" since most of what I cook would be in pans where I need the non-stick to work best. Boiling noodles doesn't usually need non-stick, lol.But then I made mac & cheese in one of the pots and was VERY happy I got these pots. They were so very easy to clean because everything just sort of slid off of the surface, at least compared to what happens in a "normal pot". Highly recommend!

I bought this set after using it at a vacation property. I thought if it can hold up to the abuse of many visitors using it, it would be great for us. I have not been disappointed. Nothing sticks to these pots and pans. Of course you should always use plastic or silicon utensils with them. I actually replaced Cephalon with these and am very pleased with my choice.

Love this set and actually has medium pot which you do not find in sets anymore. Bought a small skillet a year ago and it fried eggs actually slide out and now that I have the whole set cooking is a breeze. Hoping from previous reviews the non stick is still there since I did not use my small skillet as much as the other pots. clean up is quick and easy. The skillet has a slight bend in the top (not completely round) but lid fits on and does not effect cooking. In which probably happened when hot making for cannot see how can put this type of bend in pot.

I love this cookware!A little personal history: when I was a child, my mother bought the top-line T-FAL cookware, the ones with the ultra-hard, scratch-proof coating that you can't seem to find anywhere anymore. Cooking as a child/teenager, I really abused those pans. After I moved away, I searched for pans with a coating like that, but never could find any. Modern "non-stick" coatings are neither non-stick, nor are they any sort of durable - the slightest scratch renders them useless (and sometimes unsafe!).The bead-blast finish that Starfrit uses is excellent! It's steel, so it is quite resistant to scratching, warping, etc. It also means there's no coating to accidentally scrape or sublimate into your food. The uneven surface makes it difficult (though not impossible) for food to stick. A small dash of cooking oil or spray solves any minor sticking that may occur, making cooking (and cleanup) a breeze. These pans are also dishwasher safe.This was not my first purchase; however, these were not for me. After purchasing this exact set at another retailer, I wanted to give a set to a friend, so I found them here on Amazon.

This cookware set was returned upon delivery and opening. The metal on one lid was bent and the lid did not fit the pot. Second, overall the set was very light weight. It did not appear that it would withstand long term kitchen use. We will continue looking for a higher quality set.

I loved the pans until i got disappointed Since after 4 months of light use and no dishwasher ,the finish is peeling off of the exterior and bottom of the cookware.
