This replacement remote was easier to use than the original remote. One touch on/off, functions cycle quickly, and no problems so far.

I couldn't find a control for my ac and it required a special battery. Found this one here and it worked super quick, just add batteries and it will work right away.

It works perfectly with my Koldfront WAC12001W. The original remote never did work very well. I'd have to press the button 2 or 3 times to get a response, and by year 2 it was getting even worse. This replacement remote works on the first button push every time. I also love that it runs on AAA batteries instead of those flakey button cells.

This replaced my sister's remote which got misplaced. The control buttons are easy to see, it is lightweight and easy to use. She is very happy with it!

Fantastic! The skinny remote with the stupid button battery has not worked properly since day one. This remote works perfectly AND it uses regular batteries!

Although my Koldfront WAC12002WCO was not listed as being compatible, I took a chance since another purchaser said it worked on their Koldfront and it is the exact same design as the OEM remote I had on mine. Worked Perfectly! Only 4 stars because I think it's a little too expensive but then, what isn't. under this spend, spend, spend system.

How I struggled with that flat remote that came with it. Even bought another flat remote that didn't last. This was such a relief in that the buttons were real buttons and worked without programming anything. Has the correct IR to the unit. Wish I bought this sooner!
