These have worked the last few months pretty good for us. They’re a cheaper consumer grade product we’ve setup to watch construction progress at a home we’re building. Once the house is built a fully professional system will be installed. These work for the time being and provide pretty good picture quality, the app is pretty simple and easy to use. One of the cameras has a motion detection issue and always senses motion but it’s not too big of a deal.

To set this up you need an HDMI enabled monitor. They don't say that, but you do.Connecting the cameras is easy: just plug them in.Setting the motion detection? That's not easy. I don't want to connect this to the internet and I don't want cloud access. The included mouse is how you do it, and you do it by RIGHT CLICKING on any of your images. A menu pops up and you can see the various Setup Features.The cameras are not initially set to motion detection; they are set to time recording, and to always. I want motion. You do it by selecting one camera, clicking "MOTION," and then (important) APPLY. Then you can "copy" to all. You have to apply first. Then copy. Then apply again.Then you have to select any camera. Use the mouse to select one of the horizontal red-bars, which are the time schedules. Select right across one day, release the button, and the red disappears. Do that again for every day.Hit Apply.THEN you copy to the other days. Then hit APPLY again. You have to hit apply.Select different channels (your cameras are "channels") and confirm that the green bars go all the way across every day, and the red is gone. This is how you know that you are set up for motion detection.Oh, make sure the unit is secure. If someone stole it, it kind of defeats the purpose...

It’s great I have had this now for 4 years and I can’t tell you how many times police or accident drivers had asked for footage that no one else had had it holds like a months worth of video and never had any issues. Highly recommend this brand even bought another system for my other property.

the cameras were working great for a couple of months but then all of a sudden they stopped recording and showed an error called “No HDDS found”. The hard drive inside your NVR needs to be replaced because it is now faulty. I also have already been through with tech support (Terence).I need a refund asap. I am very disappointed with this product.

Great Surveillance System!! I bought two sets for two separate locations and they were so easy to install. I’m not that good with installing but these were easy to install and even easier to set up. Also their customer service is amazing. I was contacted after the purchase by May to see how everything was working. Not every company reaches out to you. I totally recommend these to anybody who wants to install themselves to save yourself money. Overall great product.Update: we actually had our first major incident. We had 3 suspects come into our property and steal out neighbors car. Thanks to the Cameras we were able to help our neighbor recover his car.

Setting up visual is relatively easy…..HOWEVER…. We ordered these on the pretense we could get alerts with text or email to notify of us of intruders on our home… there are no clear set up instructions to get alerts! Not only that trying to get a code to attempt setup on a major task and has yet to be achieved. We have bee thru every aspect of the interface to try and see how to set up Alerts… but nothing works!! At present we are completely disappointed that the ‘Alert’ function is not set up and not being used which is one reason for purchasing these said cameras!

I purchased this wireless surveillance system so I can monitor my home and the dog while I’m away. It’s basically plug and play right out of the box. I really like the quality of the camera footage in both day and night vision. The motion detection feature also works very well. The APP for watching remotely on you phone also works great. Great product and reasonably priced.

I gave four stars because of the unstable and buggy software used to access the cameras. The cameras are easy to setup and give good video. The EseeCloud software causes the cameras to detect motion no matter what the sensitivity adjustment. Logging in remotely is a challenge. You can log in about 20% of the time. Then, if my four cameras do show up, the four camera screen turns into a single black screen and you need to log out and back in to straight that up. If I could find a better software I would give five stars.
