Don’t throw out your favorite pants
Thank you for saving my favorite pajama pants that had a big old rip in the back seam. Super easy to use and really good coverage, especially for things like seams. Pretty much already cut to size.Remember to heat the iron up without steam. And then just work it over the patch for about 30 seconds but I would keep it moving. Don’t leave it in one spot or you might get a burn on your clothes and that would be from the iron not from the patch

Know what your working with
Recieved product as described but didn't mend the pants I was looking to fix. After ironing, the glue didn't adhere to repair a tear. Not sure if its from the type of material I tried mending or the glue on the patches is old.

good quality, nice and thin
This is good quality iron on mending tape in several colors. You get 6 pieces, 2 white, 1 black, 1 dark blue, 1 light pink, and 1 light tan. Each piece is about 1 1/4 x 7 inches. They are about 0.008 inches thick (0.20 milimeters), a little more than twice as thick as normal paper. That thickness includes the unmelted adhesive. The white tape is easy to find in longer strips. Black can be found in fabric shapes. However, the blue, pink and tan are almost impossible to find elsewhere.I wish the strips were longer. You can easily find denim blue iron on mending patches and fabric, but that is much, much, thicker.

As described
It works very well for mending tears. So far, it has stayed on through several launderings.

Great for someone who doesn’t sew!
I’m a lot of things, but I am NOT a seamstress. This item allowed me to fix a couple holes in some clothing while being BARELY noticeable. My coworkers wouldn’t have noticed had I not pointed it out. Very easy to use!
