Dritz NP-SM Needle Puller, Small/Medium, 2 Count, Pink

Just to give an idea of what size to get. My ring size is a 5. I bought the Small/Medium and these fit perfectly on my thumb and middle finger.

I haven't had these long, but I already consider them part of my essential hand-quilting tools. With one on the thumb, and one on the index finger, I have no problem pulling the needle filled with stitches through the fabric-sandwich with ease. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the size issue. There are two in here, one Small, one Medium. While the Small fits my index finger well, the Medium is just a tad too tight for my thumb. I know they do sell a package with a Large and Medium, so it appears I’ll have to buy that one too. I seem to need a Small and Large, and will end up with two extra Mediums. I really wish they would have included 5 in the pack: 1 in-between size, 1 larger than the medium, and 1 smaller than the small. That way EVERYONE could find the size they need. Maybe the largest one will stretch out in time, but in the meantime, I feel it's cutting off the blood to the tip of my thumb. However, that said, it’s an excellent and useful product. I really like them...just wish for a better fit...for all of us. As it is, it's a gamble as to whether they’ll fit. But still worth a try to find out.

I am a woman with smaller hands and fingers and the medium size fits well on my pointer finger. I can get the small on, but then it feels like my finger tip is losing circulation after a few minutes. If you are an adult, I would go with the medium/large package so that you can have one for your finger and one for your thumb. I will still use my set since I really only use the one anyways. I do wish the tip of the thimble was a little stronger/thicker so that it worked for pushing the needle too (the needle will push into the silicone if you press hard), but I am happy with these for the price!

They work great fit my fingers tightly but not so tight that they stop the blood flow. Very soft and comfy. Only problem is they tear easily so be kind of gentle with them.

I love these finger protectors. They are comfortable and stay in place! These aid inpulling hand embroidery thread through very thick canvas material. My only disappointment is the M size for used on my thumb did tear. Not sure if I need a larger size or my application shortened its longevity. I would still recommend as these have been the best ‘thimbles’ I’ve used.

I bought this after I broke a needle off in a pair of jeans I was sewing. I couldn't pull it out but was finally able to wiggle it out with this. Glad to have it

I ordered these because I was doing a cross stitch project on perforated plastic canvas. It was a little hard to pull the needle through and was beginning to make my fingers sore. These are perfect. They have great grip so it's easier to pull the needle through and cussions my fingers so they don't get sore. I love that they have a hole at the tip of the finger for your nails to stick out of. I often have long nails and it makes it hard to use thimbles. I'm going to use this when hand sewing and cross stitching normally. They're a tad bit tight on me. I ordered the small/medium. I tried the medium on my pointer finger and it was loose so I must just have odd hands. Otherwise very comfortable. They're not too thick so they don't feel bulky and hard to work with. They feel very natural and easy to use. An absolutely essential tool for crafter.

These work well for hand sewing...if you can get them to stay on. The thumb (med) fits well; but the one for my pointer finger(small) falls off continuously, making it impossible to use. I don't know if I have extra small fingers or what. I wish they had extra small size to try.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed something to help me pull needles through layers of cotton and interfacing. Whilst I think it would work fine on less layers, for my needs they just did not work. Virtually just as much grip as my bare fingers and slipping right off the needle. I was using a pair of tweezers for this originally but they want missing, so thought i'd give these a go but I think i'll go back to tweezers. I'll give these to my mum as she may have better use from them.
